Supervised Visitation is contact between a parent, one or more children and a neutral third party.
Supervised Exchange is a bridge-gap for custody and visitation exchanges. This works best for those times when the issues are raw and conflict is high and supervised visitation is not ordered.
Monitored Visitation (MV) is a unique, hybrid program created in collaboration with a Napa Superior Court Judge, and local attorneys. MV is a "drop in" service, where we stop by randomly during parenting time, capturing a "snap shot" of the visitation.
Family mediation is an effective way to resolve disputes arising from custody and visitation, marital asset division or any other disputes that arise during the divorce and separation process.
A Parent Coordinator helps to diffuse tension by managing ongoing issues in high conflict custody and visitation cases.
We do provide random (or scheduled) drug and alcohol (breathalyzer) testing. Testing can be in conjunction with Supervised Visitation, Exchanges or Monitored Visitation - or can be provided sepparately.
